What is a good way to deal with pain and pressure in your facial area?
I am having a lot of pain in my face and I am just overwhelmed by all of this.I hate to be in pain.What are some good ways to deal with pain?????
For headaches, bite a pencil, the use of the muscles in the jaw area will release the tension on the muscles in the temple area..
Wash your face with cold water, that should help too =)
