I have severe lower back pain and I am thinking about getting a teeter hang ups (inversion table).?
Can anybody that has used one of these things please tell me how they worked for you? Did it help relieve your back pain?
I haven’t used one, but there are other solutions. Assuming you do not have any injuries, an easy back stretch is as follows.
Sit in a chair with your feet well apart. Lean forward slowly and let your hands touch the floor. Let your head bend forward. Relax and take slow deep breaths. Stay ther for a few minutes, breathing slowly and relaxing. The weight of your body gradually stretches your back.
When you finish, sit up slowly so you do not tense you back again.
