u need to fold it into a triangle( take one corner and overlap it onto its opposite corner to form a triangle) than put it around ur neck so the v is over ur chest and the rest is hanging over ur back then bring the 2 peices on ur back over to ur chest. it sounds confusing so heres a link to a video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z1URcAxapFY&feature=related
