Back injury……recovery time?
Hi
I slipped the other day and the doctor said he thinks I have sprained my back.
Also he has recommended me for physio. In addition he thinks that I may need to have my back re-assesed as the pain has gone on for a month already and I cannot sleep properly or lie on my front. I am studying at beauty college and cannot lie on the massage tables for practice treatments as I cannot get back off the beds and once I did try and was in so much pain I couldnt get up! any advice please! any ideas on whats wrong? or length of recovery?
Get a real diagnosis from an orthopedic doctor. Get physical therapy, massage therapy and acupuncture. Go to a chiropractor if you know a good one who doesn’t just say come in twice a day.
You can’t tell the length of recovery as everyone is different.
