is this a good idea??
i want to start jogging with my bf. only i find jogging to be boring but i wanna get in shape. i was think that if maybe i jogged while kicking my soccer ball that it would keep me entertained. but my bf says that that wont do anthing for me fitness wise because he thinks that im gonna kep stopping to chase after the ball. but he knows nothing about soccer and that in actually really good at keeping control of the ball. im 18 and have been playing soccer since 4th grade. is he right or will it be even better to jog with the ball?
Actually, if you stop to chase the ball you’re still running aren’t you?
Anyway, if you’re good at it, just do it.
