PLEASE HELP ME??????????????????

I am studying now medicine at al kalamoon university in syria. The problem is I am really so scared to continue there because the situation there is so bad so I am thinking of transferring to a university in the states. Our university program is 6 years. First three years we take the basic science courses such as anatomy biochemistry embryology, environmental health and science and in the 4th and 5th years we take the clinical courses such as internal medicine surgery etc.(both theory and practical) and the sixth year is only practical at the hospital. Does anyone know a university in America with the same program and if yes can you tell me what are they. Does the carribean university have the same program?

I only know of a few US schools that let you complete a medical degree in 6 years, and they don’t take transfer students. Very few US med schools even consider foreign applicants – you need to do your medical training in the country in which you plan to live and work, and if that’s the US, first you need to become a citizen. Avoid Caribbean med schools – they’re not respected and many of their students do not get residencies (even after 8 years of college and med school, they cannot become licensed as doctors).
