massage therapists. i am heading a future in therapy and was wondering sort of excersies and stuff i could to to build up my strength and stamina to make it easier once i start the profession. and also wondering what its actually like to be a massage therapist, is the money ok, is bad on your back or watever and any tips. much thanks!
I feel you have to be called to be a massage therapist or else your going to be like all the other ones and just rub. If your called to the profession its much more than just rubbing. It pays very well if your good and it’s very important to use proper body mechanics so you don’t overuse your own body. I body build to keep my muscles strong and to have stamina.
