I struggle with eating disorders
For 6 years I’ve been diagnosed.
Im 17 now
I almost died when I was 14 and I got a tube
Now a few years later im struggling again. I relapsed.
On my way to therapy I had burger king
And I feel disgusting now.
Fat and nasty
What do you do when you feel this way?
i also have an eating disorder. just try to relax, and don’t obsess over it, i know the horrid anxiety you can feel after eating food, but if you want to get better you have to do it. take it slowly, start by eating less food and build up to eating normal sized meals, it works best for me.
