May I suggest two diferent things.
You can build a site on wetpaint.com that would allow your customers to go on and rave about you – tell there experience. Which is different and not really being done. It would attract a younger crowd (15-35)
Or
Call up your local college – either talk to the webdesign teacher and see if they couldn’t build your site as a project – winner becomes your site (good for the community to support the schools – and will send instant traffic) or just put up a flyer asking for what you want explaining your on a tight budget – they get experience for a resume or class project.
