protein supplement for 14 year old ?
i got body fortress super advanced whey protein stuff. it contains creatine monohydrate and 100% premium whey protein, baccs or amino acids which are good and 26grams of protein per scoop.
is this good ?
im not just taking it, im taking it after i lift weights / work out.

I’m looking into the right protein myself, i have never done it but recently i have been talking to people at the gym saying that creatine is very dangerous, and not good for your body. I knew a friend that took it trying to look bigger and it just added a lot of water weight and got major stretch marks all over his body.
At your age your getting enough protein through meals, its when your older that the extra protein is necessary because older people don’t always absorb all of it, so more is better.
