How to do self aversion shock therapy?
HI, I have been interested in the subject of aversion therapy for a while, and I think I’m in need to use it. I have some habits and tendency’s that I REALLY want to get rid of. What I need to know is how can I do this? I was thinking of building a portable small battery powered shock thingy that will have a button and I press it to shock myself. But I don’t know how to build anything. Is there an easy and hopefuly cheap way I can make this?
P.s. Is there even a machine that I can buy that will do the job?
WHAT!? The very act of self induced shock therapy can lead to that becoming a habit. If you are having issues to that degree, see a neurologist to make sure it is not something serious. If that doesn’t work, Lick a 9+/- volt battery, or use smell therapy.
