For the past 10 years I have been suffering from low back & leg pain. I’ve been through all kinds of therapy
including 47 Vax-D treatments, spinal injections, stretching, walking, Discograms, chriopractors, massage , etc, etc. I have numerous x-rays and MRI’s, yet NO ONE HAS BEEN ABLE TO DIAGNOSE WHY I HURT. . I own my own business, but my pain level has gotten so bad I can’t get anything done. I take heavy pain killers that barely put a dent in the pain, so I add BC powders, Tylenol, and most anything else that I think will give me some relief. I am losing everything… I spend most of my time on the floor stretching or napping ( the meds make me drowsy) . We lost our insurance due to my wife’s brush with breast cancer and we are out of money. There is one rather odd symptom that no one has been able to explain, it’s that the pain comes on almost everytime within a few minutes after I eat. Most of the pain is in my legs, in the large muscles of the thigh and the calves. It’s a slow, dull, squeezing pain that that is absolutely driving me to dispair. Does anyone have a clue ? Help
You did not mention if you have been tested to see if you are diabetic. My people I know who are diabetic have leg and lower back pain when they do not watch the sugar intact at meals and let the count get high.
pain that is caused by diabetes has no current cure.
Diabetic neuropathy, the leg and foot pain that patients with advanced diabetes sometimes experience, is one of the most common types of non-spinal pain.
check to see if you have had a test for diabetes and find out how close you are to being a diabetic.
