I am in the market for a wholebody vibration machine for my home gym. Which is the best in your opinion?
Just do what I do. I use free weights and I place a board ontop of two paint cans.
By balancing on the moving board and performing the dumbbell exercises via this method provides the same results as using a WBV board… but you save over $700 on this method.
If you do this, make sure you use a sturdy solid wood… don’t use any type of cheap compressed particle board.
I’m using 3/4″ plywood and it’s very sturdy.
