Intestinal gas that i can massage out… normal?
My Intestinal gas is so bad I can feel the gas if i put my fingers on my skin and kinda push in and it feels like a lump of air! I rub it and it feels like as if I had a sore muscle and you can feel it popping out a little.. Is this normal? If I massage the lump of air it eventually makes a noise like its moving around and usually comes out quickly within a few minutes. Feels like i am able to massage it out of my intestines. Does anyone else have this or does this sound okay??
very normal. I thinks its good to massage your abdomen and get gas out. Some yoga poses such as half down dog will help relieve gas. If you google it you should find an image.
