Building muscle????? help please?
im 19 years old 5′ 7″ around 150 pounds. Ive been working out for a month now and ive seen results. Ive been drinking whey after my workouts. I lift weights everyother day and run everyday im not lifting and i rest on sunday. I eat good foods no junk food or candy. i drink only water and sometimes juice. What else can i do to get my muscles bigger for the summer? heres a picture of me. Ive been lifting 120 for 1 month now and i do 10 reps per set. I work my muscles to the max but the next day im always feeling ready for more my muscle anit getting sore should i UP the weight?

ive also been working out with my 100 pound heavy bag. ground work or just punches and kicks. elbows etc. Im trying to condition my body for fighting MMA.
AND from the picture can you tell me what kind of body type i have???
Looks like youre doing just fine. Only up the weight when you are ready for it (get a spotter, add the weight and give it a try on your first or last set too see where you are). Also, are you doing your reps with control and in proper form? Relax man, this kind of thing doesnt happen over night. I know you want to keep pushing and pushing, but sometimes a nice rest day can do as much good as a couple hours at the gym. Have you consulted a trainer about training for MMA style fighting? Keep up the good work.
Edit: Your diet is fine too, keep off the sweets and keep eating the good stuff. You DONT need acai berry in the amounts that they advertise, in fact people have actually survived without the acai berry before (shocking I know).
