Gravity Inversion Table?
Who else has had bad luck with one of these? I weigh about 115 and It felt as if my ankles and feet were tearing away from my body. The day after using it my ankles were sore and my knees kept cracking!? Is this safe? My boyfriend swears by it, but, it doesn’t seem all that smart to me, hanging by your ankles like that? I mean I tried the thing once and was upside down like 1-2 min. is all….am I doing something wrong? Anyone else with this problem?
It’s basically traction and provides decompression relief to the discs. In your case, the weight of traction was too much, if you wish to try again, I recommend to have someone spot you and put it at a far less steep angle. Try 30 degrees down angle first, see how that goes.
