I have severe lower back pain and I am thinking about getting a teeter hang ups (inversion table).?
Can anybody that has used one of these things please tell me how they worked for you? Did it help relieve your back pain?
Back pain is usually made worse by inactivity or too much work or carrying extra weight. Two of these can be resolved by healthy lifestyle changes. The other may or may not be able to be resolved with a different approach to work. Before you invest in equipment, try simple back and leg stretches to see if that will help relieve some of your suffering.
