How to get rid of lower back pain?!?
My back really hurts, and feels like it needs to be cracked. Help someone! I have tried like every way to crack my back, hot compressions, even massages. Nothing works!
PS. I put the question here because no one is answering in Pain and Managment.
I hate to sound like a commercial, but it could be your mattress. Is it old and lumpy? Do you spend a lot of time there reading (since this is in B&A) before you go to sleep? I know I had a problem like that, and once I got a new mattress it got better.
