Good Diet and Exercise Plan for 13 year old?

I am 13 years old atm, and want to get fit. I am not obese, just a bit of chest and belly fat, which I want to get rid of. Also, I have had lots of fat on my thigh for, since I can remember. Can I turn this into muscle? Or will I have to just burn it? I have access to a place to run, do push ups etc. and a punching bag, and if a few days a speed ball. I would like to even have a 6 pack, but I mainly want to get rid of my fat and give myself arm strength. I am willing to try anything. I can exercises morning, when I come back from school and anytime between then and 10, before I go to sleep? But after dark I cant run or use punching bag, only speed ball.

I do not want huge muscles, just enough to make me stronger. I am not going to do weight lifting, but what is wrong with treadmill and punching bag? Last time I checked, running is one of the best excercises for all ages…and punching shouldn’t do me any harm, should it?

It’s not advised that you do exercises like weight lifting, tread mill, punch bags etc as you’re only 13 and you’re still growing. Doing so will stunt your growth and could harm you in other ways.

DON’T try for a six pack yet, wait till you’re at least 17, to reduce the chances of damaging yourself internally (only 13, still growing)

You could try cycling (riding a bike places) though, a good way to firm up your thighs, work on endurance and your breathing and may even deal with any stomach fat you have at the same time.

EDIT: Running shouldn’t have any bad effect now I think of it, I’m just not sure about the punching bag. Generally though, muscle exercises aren’t recommended for 13 year olds. Running and all the rest should be okay
