What are some creative ideas to finding a bracelet that is on the bottom of the river?
Long story but its a silver bracelet, its not all connected in one piece, its got 6 horses all connected with little loops, (so it moves when you pick it up).
but it was thrown off the shore (by my x-gf lol)
she lives in like a inbetween 2 pennisulas, so if its in there i think the current won’t carry it. it might be buried though.
i’ve thought of metal detector, or a magnet, but silver isn’t magnetic. maybe a scuba diving suit, or holding my breath gasping for air… it isn’t very deep i don’t think… only like 10ft maybe… hopefully.
i don’t have a lot of information but im doing this for love, so i will do whatever it takes. just looking for some insight on what might shorten my time out there swimming around in front of her house : /

I’ve always been a believer that there are consequences for our choices whether they be good or bad.
It was your girlfriend’s choice to throw it and the consequence is that it’s gone, probably for good.
Personally, I wouldn’t even try to recover it. You could spend a lot of time and maybe even money to get it back and who’s to say she wouldn’t turn around and do it again.
You wouldn’t be doing it for love….you’d he doing it because she’s got you by the short and curlies!
If it was a bracelet that really meant something to her, maybe next time she’ll think twice before doing something she will regret later.
