He contends long duration regular cardiovascular/pulmonary excercise just DOWNSIZES the heart.
A sample of his workout would be 10 minutes straight rest 5 minutes or so then 10 minutes again
These 10 minutes are done fast
20-30 minutes a day for 3-5 days a week, any exercise eqiovalent to brisk walk is recommended by american college of cardiology. This is for those who can tolerate this exercise, of course not for those with severe lung or heart disease or arthritis etc.
