At what age do men reach peak physical strength?
At what age do men reach the zenith of their physical strength, endurance, and cardiovascular ability? I know it’s different for every person, but imagine an average built guy who works out, runs, and eats reasonably well on a regular basis( like myself ha ha). Is it possible to be 60 or 70 years old and still beat 20 year olds in terms of strength, speed, and athleticism by proper training?
There are different answers, if you are talking pure strength like weightlifting, it takes a lot of years to build it up. So a man in his 30s-40s will nearly always be stronger than a younger man.
If you are talking endurance and cardiovascular, than anywhere from 16 to 35
