How do I get rid of my shoulder pains?
This is mostly caused by tention of worrying and partially due to an accident 2 years back, on my motor bike.
Is it better to exercise by doing punches, weights or press ups
Or to relax more by walking, meditate, swim etc…
Maybe even a combo of both? please help because it is an addition to my depression, is magnet therapy good or do i need just a few back masssages?
look, you need to let your shoulder rest. its a really key component in your recovery. and take into consideration of what hurts. is it when you lift up, side to side, pressure and things like that. and if you are up to a work out, warm up, stretch and cool down. this will prevent injuy. im just a nurse so im not an expert but i still think you should go to a doctor. they should refer you to someone in orthopedics, you know, bone stuff. no one will think your being a puss, trust me, only you know when your hurting.
another thing, make sure you ask for some medication for the pain. the meds will help you with the discomfort of pain during exercise, and being a dude, it should help you with your stress. meditaion is a good thing too. it will help with pain, stress, and relaxation. magnet therapy help most with pain but think about it, will it really heal your shoulder? i dunno. oh and back massages, they wont help the shoulder but they sure do feel good…
