I have a terrible habit of cracking my neck. I do it all the time, and I want to stop, but can’t. I used to
see a chiropractor like 10 years ago for a few years for no reason. He was my friends dad and had a chiropractic table in his basement, and would adjust all of us, and I tried it one time for the hell of it, and it wound up becoming addictive. Now, 10 years later, i’m a mess, i’m always tense, and tight in my shoulders and neck and seem to either want to or I do crack my neck a lot. I know it’s probably bad for me, arthitis, all kinds of stuff, and i’m only 34. I never had any neck problems before this. Once I learned that I can crack my neck through the chiropractor, you want to get that feeling again. It’s obcessive. Help…How do I stop? I feel like it’s ruining my life. This terrible habit.
Does anybody else have this problem? and if so, did you conquer it? any suggestions?
