How long, legally, should it take for a company to reimburse us for an item we bought?
We ordered an inversion table from a company in Washington (Teeters Hangups), for a 30 day trial. We ended up not using it so we sent it back within the 30 days. We were charged 350.00 to our bank account. The inversion table has been back to the company for a week and one day, and they still have not refunded us the 350.00. We called but they said it is because of our credit card, which we did not use. We used a bank check card with Bank of America, and we have never had any problems getting our money in the past. How long does this company have, legally to put our money back?
