Do the Teeter Hang Up tables work as well as they say on TV?
I’m 21 and I’ve been having back pain since I was 17. Originally, I had an x-ray and it came back negative, so I was sent to a physical therapist for muscle therapy in my back. It never really got much better. When I was 18, I had a DO align my spine and it popped like crazy. Felt amazing for awhile, but slowly it started to hurt again. I ended up losing my insurance, so I haven’t been back. The vertabrae in my back around my shoulders just below my neck feel bigger than I remember..I’m wondering if they are out of place.
NEEDLESS to say, I need to go to my doctor to have my neck checked out, but that doesn’t explain the muscle pain in my lower back since I was 17. I’m wondering if those tables actually work.
You really need to see a physician who can do an MRI, to see if there is any disc bulge or herniation. If diagnostic test are too expensive and outside your budget ( since you have no insurance ), try alternative medicine.
Accupunture may help. I had a friend who was partially disabled after a serious motor vehicle accident and met a Qigong Master, who helped him with energy recovery, healing and pain management. He swears by it and says he is 95% recovered.
