Chinese Doctor Practice?
Hi, I visited a Chinese doctor in Xiamen to complain about my backache and my irregular menstruation. He did some procedure including using some kind of machine to massage my back and then followed by using something like cups to absorb wind in my body I think. And then he started to massage my whole back, then followed by my thighs. Then he massaged my stomach by putting his hands one on the stomach and the other one on my vaginal area. I don’t know if this is normal in China without asking your permission that he’s doing this kind of thing I was too embarassed to ask. Then he asked me to breathe in and out while he keep on massaging me and keep touching and kind of rubbing the stomach and vagina. Then he did some acupuncture on my legs. Is that what Chinese doctors normally do? Thanks for sharing.
There IS a acupuncture/pressure point down there,…. around the base of the vaginal opening on a woman.
I’ve never heard of it being used for painful menstruation or backaches, but then again, I don’t know what his diagnosis was for you, and what points he stimulated when he placed the needles.
