Is it normal for teens to get massage therapy?
Im 17 years old,
Besides the fact that I have a really bad posture from hours on end spent on this dang computer. I also have been having pain in lower right back for about 3 weeks because I started working landscaping.
Do people my age normally get massage therapy?
Yes, that is fine. Anyone can get a massage, from a baby all the way up until they are really old. For a teenager, the same techniques will be used as an adult. I am 13 and get a massage every few months.
