What to do to help a injured ankle?
I hurt my ankle about a month ago, it wasn’t a big fall or anything, but my ankle twisted to the side a little bit is what I remembered. It initially hurt a little bit but I didn’t notice any swelling or anything. It is still sore now, but mostly whenever I bring my foot up towards my shin and put weight on it like that, it hurts in the part where the bottom of the shin meets with my foot. Is there anything besides RICE I should be doing to help with this? I had my chiropractic use a tuning fork to check for hairline fractures and we didn’tt find any. I have crappy insurance so unless its my last option, I would like to try other options first. It only hurts when I put the pressure on it in that certain way, other then that it only gets a little sore throughout the day. Thanks
