After doing aerobics and strength training my lower body is very painful.?
I feel that my legs especially my joints are hard to flex and i feel light pain when flexing it. I rest today with all my exercises programs because i am not feeling good with my lower body.
Does the pain i feel now is a sign that i am overtrained?
over exercise? or its just my body is reacting due to the fact that i am not usually doing vigorous workout?
please i need some advices what to do to heal this pains should i stop? should i go to spa and have some massage, or should i drink painreliever medicinces?
please advice me what are the remedies. thanks
It could be that your muscles are not use to the rigorous work out; however, it could also be a good indication that your not suing proper form. Make certain that each exercise you perform is done correctly or you may cause serious injury. Also, remember to rest your muscles for 48 hours between work outs. This way your muscle will have enough time to heal and be ready for the next time you work that muscle group.
