HERS THE DEAL, i gained 5 lbs, but i dont see any results?????? at all anywere. i mean thats 1/4 or 20 lbs. 0 times 4 is still 0 i mean i feel like the scale will say 140 but ill still look 110.

i did the math and on a 3600 calorie diet i gain .129 a day and u can do the math from there if u wnt ant its been a month and a week and i gained 4.5.
if you want to gain more you can eat a lot of snack foods/fried foods, but it’ll be mostly fat and little muscle that you put on.
