Does jumping cause compression in your leg joint? since when u land it will have big impact on ur leg ?
someone told me to jump everyday if i wanna grow taller. but i doubt it cause it actually make more sense that u get shorter cuz of the compression of excessive jumping make compression to the leg…anyway basketball player are really tall. so I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THE PROCESS OF JUMPING AND HOW IT IMPACT THE BONE, WHETHER IT COMPRESS OR DECOMPRESS
