Hi does anyone use a crazy plate for weight loss?
I have a Crazy Plate Machine to help with my metabolism and weight loss……I have a job losing weight as I have a fatty liver due to precribed med damaging it….I go swimming every day and have a healthy diet…I got one of these plates but not a lot of info about ! I use it three times a day for 10 mins …..anyone else using one or used one please let me know where I can get any info…
