Does anyone have any suggestions on how to treat shin splints?
I am currently suffering from severe shin splints. Believe me when I say i’ve tried it all. I’ve tried the whole RICE therapy thing, seen the doctor, am going to physical therapy, I wrap it with an ace bandage for support, I got custom orthodics for my shoes and cleats (soccer) I ice it, sit in the spa for heat, i’ve taken time off from practice for rest, and I’m also trying acupuncture tomorrow. Does anyone have any suggestions? I need to get this resolved. Thanks
