I need help with my dad 
maybe some therapy?
Okay my dad is a really strict dad. He says things like if you dont _____, i will pack up and leave the family. small things like not obeying his orders. like he even puts down my mom sometimes and calls her fat and if it was up to him , he would never let me out the house . like idk what to do, this is just a small portion of what i been living throughhh
I am sorry about your situation. I don’t think that the problem is that your dad is so strict it sounds as if he has problems that require professional help. But unfortunately you can’t make your dad get help. But you can get some help and support for yourself. There are numbers that you can call that are staffed by professionals who can help you one is 1-800-273-TALK and 1-800-4CHILD that number is for teens also. Think about talking to a school counselor. You dad is abusive towards your mother and you.
