Can anyone advise on neck pain?
I have 46 years old, female, slim and have had pain in my neck for months; it crunches when i turn it (you can hear it). i also have pain down left arm down to fingers and also in my left shoulder.
I have tried everything to try to ease it and have spent a fortune on osteopaths, remedial sports massages, special pillows, yoga, pilates but nothing resolves it.
I do a lot of fitness activities and even tried giving up some of them for example body pump but i dont want to give it all up totally.
Can anyone advise what i should try now?
You need to have it xrayed and see an orthopaedic surgeon. I have arthritis in my neck and an osteopath is always able to free it up. If that dosn’t work it’s time for further exploration. I can relate to the pain in shoulder and down the arm.
