Inversion table safe after lasik?Can people sleep while being partially inverted?
I have back pain and is looking for whatever way to fall asleep easier. I had lasik done so was wondering if its safe doing inversion therapy after lasik can’t find anything on google about it.
It depends on how long ago you had lasik, if it was recently, I don’t recommend doing inversion therapy. It is best to just try to relax where you are and not disturb the eye’s healing process. But, generally inversion therapy will not damage or affect your eye.
