please Advise me,in excruciating pain,terrible back pain what therapies can i try,did i permenantly damage my?
back?i am 32,Hi everyone i have constant back pain,i am worried about my spine or if i have caused further permanent damage,or to the nerves,i don’t know if i have a trapped nerve someone told me you have to have surgery for that,but it all over my back everywhere and im stiff,i do have bad posture sometimes but i have been sleeping on a small couch for a year that dosent have cushions,could i have permanently damaged my back?
what can i do for pain relief are there any special therapies i can do to try and heal? like hot stone massage or acupuncture what has the rest results im in a lot of pain and dont want to have to take strong painkillers the doctor gave me that is only a short term thing and not a solution thank you
