It is understood that the client and psychologist must maintain a professional relationship, but when other roles become involved, such as friend, teacher, sexual partner, role confusion may affect treatment. Duel relationships, or multiple relationships in the realm of therapy can cause detrimental effects on the quality of rendered services.So what is the most prevalent duel relationship within the domain of psychology?
