Are there any schools for physically disabled children anywhere in the US?
My son currently attends the Stephen-Hawking-Schule (http://www.stephenhawkingschule.de) in Neckargemund, Germany. It is a private school (1st – 12th grade) that caters to disabled children. The school provides both physiotherapy and occupational therapy. They also have in house services for fitting orthopedic braces, wheelchair repair, etc…pretty much everything anyone disable would need. They also provide medical services as it’s also part of a hospital. Children from all over Germany attend this school, so dorms are also provided for students that live far away. All the students are fully capable mentally, they only have physical disabilities.
Does anyone know of any schools in the states that provide these special needs services on top of education?

There are also day schools—many children are accommodated in the local public school and live at home
Children’s Specialized hospital in NJ has a residential componant–the kids are usually bussed to a school for teh day and come back to teh hospital at night
