What do the days/times on Parking Sign indicate in London?
Hi. I am new in London. The road opposite my house has a parking sign which says PERMIT HOLDERS ONLY, Mon-Sat 9.30 AM to 5.30 PM.
What does these days and time mean? Does it mean Sunday is free parking even for visitors? Or something else?

sarch-Uk is basically correct. The machine may be for other bays in the same road which are not permit holders only but are “pay & Display” again hours should be indicated by those bays. Outside those hours if there are no other instructions you can assume they are free.
