How do I heal I sore arm after yard work?
On day I was cutting the bushes in my backyard and when I was done my arms hurt. Note: 1 day is yesterday. My arms still hurt! i’ve tried ice pack, hot water, and massage. Is there anything else?

You must have worked really hard. Well done. The pain is due to the accumulation of lactic acid in the muscles. You can speed up the processes of lactic acid metabolism by continuing a moderate amount of exercise ( too much exercise will make it worse), eating right, and taking one or two supplemental doses of vitamin C.
If you live in a cold country it will take longer for you to recover however you can speed up the process by keeping warm and drinking plenty of water, (not beer or alcohol).
If the pain is really bad consider taking one or two tablets of Paracetamol 500 mg. Maximum of 3 g in 24 hrs if you are an averaged sized person.
